The terms set out below apply to the competition which is run by Arrow Publishing Ltd.The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions:“Arrow Advertiser”, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Arrow Publishing Ltd of 9 Guild Street, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire CV37 6RE;“Participant”, “you”, “your” and “yours” are references to you, the person or entity that has submitted a recommendation;“Recommendation” is a reference to a recommendation of a third party business made by a Participant which is no more than one hundred (100) words in length and which has been published by Arrow Advertiser; and “Website” is a reference to

1. The competition will run for each month from 3rd January 2017. We may stop running the competition at any time and will publish this decision on our Website if we choose to do so.
2. Entry is free to all Participants. To qualify for entry a Participant must be over 18 years of age and submit a Recommendation which is then approved and published by the Arrow Advertiser on its Website.
3. Recommendations can be submitted via the contact page found on the Website – .
4. Recommendations must be for businesses which advertise on the Website or the Arrow Advertiser magazine and which are no longer than one hundred (100) words. We may contact the business or you to verify a Recommendation.
5. Arrow Advertiser may refuse to publish a Recommendation where, in its opinion, the Recommendation is unsuitable.
6. Entry is limited to one per Participant per month.
7. By submitting your Recommendation you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. All Participants who have submitted a qualifying Recommendation in a month will be automatically included in the draw for that month. The draw will take place on the last working day of each month and the winner will be selected at random. Each winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw taking place.
9. The promoter of the competition is Arrow Publishing Ltd.
10. Employees and friends and relatives of employees of both the business which is the subject of the Recommendation and the Arrow Advertiser are not permitted to enter the competition.
11. Arrow Advertiser will make a cash donation is subject to change each month to the nominated charity of the winning Participant. The nominated charity must be based in England and Wales and registered with the Charity Commission.
12. Each prize will be paid directly into the bank account of the nominated charity within ten (10) days of the draw taking place.
13. No cash alternatives will be available. The prize may not be transferred, sold or offered to any third party and any attempt to do so will invalidate the prize.
14. Arrow Advertiser shall notify the winning Participant by email.
15. By submitting information to Arrow Advertiser you authorise Arrow Advertiser to process your information for the purpose of this competition. You also authorise Arrow Advertiser to publish the Recommendation made by you and to publish your surname along with the area that you are from on our Website. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
16. The decision of Arrow Advertiser shall be conclusive and binding on all parties in relation to the competition.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and all parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
